Simply put, Franklin BBQ Offset Smokers are most functional, best built, and most beautiful offset smokers on the market! They are handcrafted in the US with heavy gauge American Steel! Designed by Aaron Franklin himself, they are a residential version of the smokers he uses daily in his famous Austin, TX restaurant! The firebox is made with 1/4″ Steel and the body of the cooker is made with 5/16″ Steel. The welds are truly something to see. The smoker is 700 pounds. With that sort of heft, the smoker holds heat very well and is easy to control. Not to mention your grandkids will be fighting over it!
