I bring my mobile BBQ Grill Showroom to you. I sell, service and install high quality, American-made Gas Grills, Smokers, Charcoal Grills, Gas & Electric Lanterns and Vented/Vent-Free Gas Logs. By coming to you, I can assess your specific application (where you want your grill or gaslight, the state/location of your gas line, ect) and you can shop from the convenience of your home. As the previous owner/manager of Alabama Gaslight & Grill, I have 15+ years of experience in this industry. We built a great reputation over the years providing excellent customer service and I am now able to offer that same experience in a 100% mobile format.

Franklin BBQ Pits are a scaled down version of the very smokers used in the famous “Franklin’s BBQ” in Austin, TX. These are high quality, American made offset smokers that are truly built to last. At around 120 gallons, you can smoke up to six 10-pound pork shoulders at once. This smoker holds heat better than any others on the market with its 1/4” steel firebox and 5/16” steel cook chamber. It’s nearly 800 pounds of American Steel! The air intake and smokestack are pre-sized from the shop to hold optimum cooking temperature without having to adjust any dampers, making long cooks fool-proof.
