Riveted Stainless Steel Phoenix Gas Grill mounted to a 4-Legged Stainless Steel Cart.  The Phoenix grill is perhaps the most versatile gas grill made.  With a thick cast aluminum drip tray, indirect cooking is made easy and flare ups are virtually eliminated.  You can also fill the drip tray with water and use your grill for steaming or water smoking.  When dry, the cast aluminum tray acts as a heat diffuser/amplifier allowing you to sear on your Phoenix, as well.
